Payments
Payment details are handled through the payment method or provider used at checkout. Tuveleeds Hub should not require you to send full card numbers or security codes by email. Do not share sensitive payment credentials with support staff.

Rewards programme
If you use the optional Tuveleeds Rewards Center, we may record verified session activity, session timestamps, IP address, browser/user-agent information, rewards balances and cash-out details you submit. These records are used to prevent duplicate reward accounts, detect abuse, calculate verified activity time and process manual payouts. Rewards are separate from the normal software marketplace.
Data sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, process payments, deliver email, provide security or operate the marketplace. We do not sell personal information simply because you use the website.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting and security requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

The marketplace is intended for general audiences and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
